ELLA GRIMM

Ella Grimm is a Cape Cod native and a recent graduate of Cornell University, where she studied Fine Art and Architecture. She comes from a family of artists, and is inspired by Provincetown’s vibrant creative community. She works instinctively, painting with oils underscored by fluorescent acrylics to capture scenes of local life and imagined vignettes. Her art is driven by the internal; memories, dreams, imagination– and how that is externalized through interactions between people and their environments.
